🎟️ Tickets & Entry
Do I need a ticket?
Yes! All our screenings are ticketed to help us manage numbers and create a great atmosphere. You’ll get a digital ticket with a QR code.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes – But we do often sell out! Please book online in advance to avoid missing out. No cash payments on the door. 

When should I arrive?
Gates open 2 hours before the film starts. Come early, grab a good spot, and soak up the atmosphere!

🪑 Seating & Setup
Do I need to bring my own seat?
Yes, unless you’ve booked one of our premium spots. Bring a picnic blanket or low-back camping chair. Higher chairs must sit at the back so everyone gets a good view.

Can I reserve a spot?
It’s first-come, first-served in general areas. Premium tickets (if available) include a reserved deckchair at the front of the screening.

Is it family-friendly?
Absolutely — just check the film rating. Children under 16 must be with an adult. Under 5s go free unless otherwise stated (e.g. kids' morning screenings).

🍿 Food & Drink
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes! Homemade snacks, picnic hampers, and flasks are all welcome. All our venues will also have street food trucks, and a large bar.

Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, unless the venue restricts it — please check the event details. No glass bottles for safety. Our bars serve drinks if you prefer to travel light.

☔ Weather & Refunds
What if it rains?
The show goes on – so bring coats, ponchos, or umbrellas (please don’t block anyone’s view). Only extreme weather will cause a cancellation.

Do I get a refund if it’s cancelled?
If we have to cancel, we’ll notify you via email and offer a full refund or the chance to rebook. Otherwise, all tickets are non-refundable.

♿ Access & Comfort
Is the site accessible?
Most venues have flat access and accessible toilets. If you have specific needs, drop us a message before the event — we’ll do everything we can to help.

Parking
We always aim to choose venues that are either centrally located or offer ample on-site parking. Please check the venue page for your event ahead of time for specific parking details and any local restrictions.

Can I bring my dog?
Only registered assistance dogs are allowed at screenings to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Can I smoke or vape?
For the comfort of all guests, smoking — including e-cigarettes and vapes — is not permitted within the seating areas. Most venues have a designated smoking zone set away from the main audience area. However, some locations do not allow smoking anywhere on-site. Please be respectful and follow the guidelines at your venue.

🎒 Practicalities & Extras
Will there be bag checks?
Yes — for everyone’s safety. Please don’t bring glass, BBQs, tents, or gazebos.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
Yes! If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to gift or sell your ticket (safely, please). We recommend platforms like Eventbrite for secure resales.

What else can I bring?
Warm layers, snacks, and good vibes are always welcome.
